Shipping Regions

We currently offer shipping services throughout the European Union, including but not limited to:

• Spain
• Netherlands

• Portugal
• And other EU member states

Shipping Method & Time

Due to the nature of furniture products, we work with specialized logistics partners to ensure safe delivery of large items.

Order Processing Time: Your order will typically be processed and prepared for shipment within 3-5 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Estimated Shipping Time:

• For orders within Italy: Estimated 3-7 business days for delivery.
• For orders to other EU countries: Estimated 7-14 business days for delivery.

Please note that during public holidays, peak promotional periods, or unforeseen circumstances, processing and shipping times may be extended. We will keep you informed of any delays.

Shipping Fees

We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders throughout the European Union.

• Free standard shipping within Italy
• Free standard shipping to all EU countries

This includes delivery of all furniture items regardless of size or order value. Please note that white glove delivery service (assembly and unpacking) is available for an additional fee.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. You can use this information to monitor your delivery status through our logistics partner's website. For registered users, you can also log into your account to view real-time updates on your order.

Delivery Arrangements

Given the size of furniture items, our delivery partner will contact you in advance to schedule a convenient delivery time. Please ensure that:

• Someone is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time
• There is adequate access to your delivery location for large items
• You inspect the items upon delivery for any visible damage

White Glove Delivery Service (Optional)

For an additional fee, we offer white glove delivery service, which includes:

• Delivery to the room of your choice
• Unpacking and assembly (if applicable)
• Removal of packaging materials

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take full responsibility for the safety of your furniture during transit.

Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated shipping time mentioned above, please contact our customer service team. We will initiate an investigation with our logistics partner and, upon confirmation of a lost package, arrange for a replacement shipment or a full refund.

Damaged Packages: If you receive damaged furniture, please:
1. Do not refuse the delivery—accept it and note the damage on the delivery receipt
2. Take clear photos of the damage (including packaging, damaged items, and all sides of the product) within 24 hours of receipt
3. Immediately contact our customer service team at aushi0218@aushi.shop

We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund based on the extent of the damage, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For shipments within the European Union:

• All prices displayed on our website include Italian VAT (IVA)
• No additional customs duties apply for deliveries within the EU
• For deliveries to non-EU countries (if available), customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees

Delivery Issues & Important Notes

Unsuccessful Delivery: If the courier attempts delivery unsuccessfully (e.g., no one is available to receive the package), the delivery partner will leave a notice and attempt redelivery or hold the item at a local facility. Please monitor your tracking information and contact the courier or our customer service team promptly. Additional fees may apply for redelivery attempts due to customer unavailability.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, additional charges, or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Inspection Upon Delivery: We strongly recommend that you inspect your furniture upon delivery. Any visible damage should be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us within 24 hours.

Storage Limitations: If you are unable to accept delivery and the item is returned to our warehouse, storage fees may apply after 14 days.
