If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.

5.2. Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices include Italian VAT (IVA) at the applicable rate.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.
• In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel your order or proceed at the correct price.

5.3. Taxes and Customs Duties

• For orders within the European Union: Prices displayed include VAT. No additional customs duties apply.
• For orders outside the EU (where available): You are the importer of record and are responsible for all applicable import duties, customs fees, taxes, and any other charges imposed by your country. We are not responsible for any delays or additional costs resulting from customs clearance procedures.

5.4. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement through our designated secure payment methods. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1. Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping to all EU countries. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for detailed information on shipping times, delivery arrangements, and white glove delivery services.

6.2. Risk of Loss

For consumer customers within the EU: Risk of loss and damage passes to you when you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.

For business customers: Risk of loss passes upon delivery to the carrier.

6.3. Delivery Issues

You must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses. If delivery fails due to your unavailability or refusal, you may be responsible for storage fees and reshipment costs.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)

7.1. 14-Day Withdrawal Period

If you are a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party designated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods.

7.2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email to aushi0218@aushi.shop). You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not obligatory.

7.3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent back the goods.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

7.4. Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Custom-made or personalized furniture
• Goods that have been unsealed and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
• Goods which have been irreversibly mixed with other items after delivery

8. Returns and Exchanges

For detailed information on our exchange and returns policy, please refer to our Exchange & Returns Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under EU and Italian consumer protection laws.

9. Product Information and Warranties

9.1. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the website is completely accurate, current, or error-free. If a product is not as described, you may return it in accordance with our returns policy.

9.2. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

For consumer customers within the EU, all products are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity for a period of 2 years from delivery, in accordance with Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and EU Directive 2019/771. If goods are defective or not as described, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund as appropriate.

11.2. For Business Customers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

12. Indemnification

For consumer customers: Any disputes may be brought before the courts of your place of residence or the courts of Prato, Italy.

For business customers: Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prato, Italy.

14.3. Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform for consumers at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are committed to participating in this platform to resolve disputes with consumers.

14.4. Informal Resolution

Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at aushi0218@aushi.shop to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

15. General Provisions

• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or governmental actions.

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Exchange & Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the website and purchase of products.

• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
